Our Commitment to Keeping you Healthy
The recent outbreak of Covid-19 has affected everyone in Ohio and beyond. At Giovanni's Pizza North Olmsted, we understand the concern many of us are feeling and we are highly aware of our responsibility to serve great food in a safe and healthy manner. As a result we have re-doubled our extensive cleaning and sanitization policies, as well as implemented new programs and practices to better serve you.
Enhanced Sanitization: We have extensively reviewed Hygiene and Sanitization policies with each service member and expanded our scope of practices. We are sanitizing our lobby more frequently and with extensive detail.
Car-Side Service: Any guest that wishes to receive their take-out order from their vehicle can do so by calling our store when they arrive. Please have your card ready so that payment can be taken over the phone.
Contactless Delivery: Any guest that wishes to receive their delivery order without direct contact with a delivery driver can request Contactless Delivery when placing their order. A driver will leave your order at your door and call you when it is ready. Payment via Card is required.
Lobby Maximum: In order to ensure Social Distancing, we are requesting no more than 2 guests in our lobby at any one time. In the event that there are other guest in the lobby when you arrive, please wait in your vehicle until they leave or you may request Car-Side Service.
Compliance: As always, we are complying with all Federal, State, and Local ordinances to reduce the spread of Covid-19. This includes employee testing and restrictions.
